On the 5th of September, I was fortunate enough to be hired as a customer consultant for a time span of 4 months with Ørsted, previously known as Dong Energy. My task has primarily been to handle all written communication to customers all over Denmark, in regards to their electricity contracts. All my communication have both been in Danish and English. I have handled cases from private customers, real estate agents, building contractors and administrators, layers and many more. I created electricity contract registrations and when customers wished to be unregistered, I too made sure these were processed correctly. I have much enjoyed my time with Ørsted and will miss the office when my time there ends. My boss gives me a warm and positive feedback. References will be available if required.
