Meet the new customer service and support employee at YouSee, me. For the past couple of weeks I have been a part of the dynamic and intuitive customer service and support team with YouSee. It’s been quite an interesting and surprising change. The whole workplace culture, the diversity and the fresh and positive mindset all the way through is really unlike anything I have ever experienced before. It is so dynamic and energetic that I am actually starting to feel younger when I go to work (sometimes older than I am as well hehe).  Together with 17 other new employees, I have been introduced in a training team, to all the procedures and all the knowledge required to best assist all the customers at YouSee. I is a thrilling new adventure and I have already learned so much. I can hardly wit to be fully skilled in all areas and excel in my field of expertise within YouSee.
